Once you consent to a proposal as a participant, you get to kick back! There’s nothing more for you to do until all other participants have either consented or objected. If everyone consents, the proposal becomes an active agreement.
If anyone objects, the proposal goes back to the proposer, who will then have the opportunity to make any changes, then resubmit for another decision round. There are three total decision rounds. If consent isn’t secured, the proposal gets sent back to the proposer’s drafts.
