Sometimes less is more. Don’t worry about getting every detail exactly right, or listing out every scenario in which the proposal may affect your team.
Think of a proposal as a full (but brief!) explanation of how you believe your team should approach an issue. You’ll have the chance to improve the proposal as it goes through the Murmur Method, then again when it expires. Remember, progress over perfection — it’s the name of the game.
