By consenting to it, your team decided the agreement was safe-to-try. Take the opportunity to experiment with the norms, ideas, and practices included in the agreement, and learn from the experience.
Once you’ve had some time to learn what works and what doesn’t, Murmur’s feedback cycle allows your team to check back in and see how it’s going. An agreement’s expiration date is also a helpful mechanism to force edits if any changes are needed to help the agreement better serve your team. But when you're feeling like an update just can't wait until the agreement expires, you can always propose changes.
Remember, agreements in Murmur are living documents. You’ll always have the chance to review and revise your agreements as you learn how to make them better for your team.
