During the proposal process, there are three distinct roles:
- Proposers draft a proposal, invite participants, then send it through the Murmur Method. They answer questions, respond to suggestions, and submit the proposal for consent.
- Participants are invited to contribute to proposals. They ask questions, make suggestions, and consent or object to proposals. Participants have decision-making rights over proposals to which they are invited.
- Observers do just that... observe! They don’t have permission to participate in the proposal, but they can track its progress and watch the magic happen. Any member of your workspace who isn’t invited to a proposal automatically becomes an observer.
Note: Any member of your workspace, regardless of whether they’re an admin or a user, can be any type of player for any given proposal.
