To delete a Group:

A couple things need to be true in order to successfully delete a Group:

  1. You must be an admin for that Group. You can see who the a Group’s admin(s) are in the group’s Members page. If you’re not an admin for that Group, you won’t see the option to delete it.
  2. The Group must not be added as a participant in any proposals or active agreements. You’ll see a count of how many proposals and agreements the Group is added to in the Delete Group field. Once the Group is removed from all proposals and agreements, you’ll be able to delete it by following the steps above.

Here’s how to remove a Group from an active agreement:

  1. Go to the agreement, and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  2. Click the “X” next to the Group’s name.
